We are so happy to have made the move

from London to Glencoe and are even more grateful we chose a Smart 1 Floor Home.

  Our home is warm and comfortable during the winter months and keeps us cool during the summer months. We absolutely love cooking in the spacious kitchen, it's one of our favorite parts of our home.    The garage is large enough that we use it as a workshop and man cave and our son has plenty of room to play inside our home.  We were grateful that we didn't have to worry about water in a basement during the heavy rains we have experienced in the last couple of years.  We would never go back to a home with a basement when we have all the space we would ever need here.

We are settled in now, and want to tell you a few things about our experience buying our Smart 1 Floor Home.   The first time we saw this house online, we  knew we needed a closer look. From our first visit, we liked what we saw. All the nice touches were there. A floor plan designed to make life easy for seniors was the first thing, as a handicap friendly home is a must for us. Everything on one floor is perfect , even the laundry room with storage is in the central spot. We like all the colour choices, combined with the crown molding, which makes for a peaceful home. Dealing with the people who built the house made for a smooth transition, as they were hands on and knowledgeable about every aspect of our house.  We are happy, cozy, and very pleased with our new home Thank you both, Bryan and Suzanne! "We have been in our new Smart One Floor home for two years now and are throughly enjoying it.  We watched it being built from the footings up and were impressed with the workmanship and quality.   No steps, no stairs! The floors are always warm and all the doors are extra wide - house and garage.  The after purchase followup has been great and we highly recommend these homes
